Today, I have a beautiful polish duo to show all of you. Unfortunately, it's just not for me.
There's more plus a giveaway under the cut!
For this look, I started with two coats of China Glaze Harvest Moon, a gorgeous shimmering copper foil. I loved this polish in the bottle and on the nail, but it didn't look right with my pale skin and pinky red undertones. It just looked kind of blah on me. See what I mean? The pictures below show 3 thin coats with one coat of Seche Vite.
Since it wasn't doing a darn thing for me, I dug into my stash to find something to make it work. I found Rainbow Polish Pumpkin Smashing and decided to give it a try. Pumpkin Smashing is a mix of orange and brown hex glitters with orange bar glitters. Application was a breeze. The polish is packed with glitter and it translates nicely on the nail. This is one coat over the above polish and topped with one coat of Seche Vite.
Now, on to the giveaway!
